Yes, Stallion Cardinal Homes is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and complies with AGIS and FCT Development Control regulations.
Property Purchase & Payment
What type of property do you sell?
We sell verified land, carcass buildings and finished houses (Detached Duplexes, terraces, and apartments).
Can I inspect the property before buying?
Yes. We encourage clients to inspect before payment. Our sales team will arrange the visit with you.
How do I make payment?
All payments must be made into Stallion Cardinal Homes’ official company accounts. We do accept cash too.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes. We have flexible installment payment plans depending on the estate or project.
What happens if I default on installments?
A short grace period is allowed, but continued default may attract penalties or contract termination.
When will I get my allocation after payment?
Clients usually receive allocation letter letter after completion of their payment. But you will be issued Provisional Allocation Letter if you’re on payment plan. Physical Allocation is within 60-90days after completing payment and documentation.
10. What documents will I get after buying?
You will receive a Receipt, Contract of Sale or Deed of Assignment, and an Allocation Letter.

What land titles do you sell?
We deal in C of O, R of O, land titles duely approved by the minister and are all verifiable
How can I confirm the land is genuine?
All our lands are verified with AGIS and government records. Clients are also free to do independent searches.
Are there extra fees apart from purchase price?
Yes, infrastructural fees or development levies depending on the project.
Construction & Project Management
Can I build my own house design?
Yes, the inside can be modified to your taste but the outside is based on the estate general approval which must comply with FCT Development Control standards and estate guidelines.
Do you build houses for clients?
Yes. We provide full construction and project management services for clients who want to build on their land.
Can I monitor my building project if I’m outside Abuja or abroad?
Yes. We provide regular updates, photos, and videos for transparency.
